Winnipeg law enforcement investigating right after man located dead on Balmoral Avenue – Winnipeg

Winnipeg police are investigating just after a man was found lifeless on Balmoral Street Friday early morning.

At 8:23 a.m. officers went to the 500 block of Balmoral Avenue for a report of suspicious instances.

On arrival, officers identified a man useless outdoors of a home. His death is regarded as suspicious at this time, police say.
