Prince George RCMP say the suspect entered a Petro-Canada in the 1400-block of Carmel Drive at around 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2023. He pointed a long gun at the lone employee and demanded cash, then ran off.
Officers flooded the area and tried to track the suspect but he hopped in a waiting vehicle that left the area.
Surveillance footage captured the robbery, and police are releasing video and photos in hopes someone will recognize him, said RCMP Cpl. Jennifer Cooper in a news release Monday.
He was wearing a black hoodie with a photograph of the McLovin ID from the movie Superbad on the front, black pants and a black face covering.
Anyone with information on the suspect or his whereabouts is asked to call Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300.
