A special weather statement with potent winds has been issued by Natural environment Canada for virtually the complete province of B.C.
“Winds will choose up Monday as a chilly front swings across the province,” stated Kristi Gordon, a World BC meteorologist.
“The winds are not predicted to arrive at warning standards of approximately 60-70 km/h gusts.”

“A chilly front will sweep through the South Coast Monday afternoon bringing our very first wind celebration of the year,” Natural environment Canada reported.
“Northwest winds 40 km/h gusting 60 can be expected and will be strongest near the h2o and alongside the frontal passage. Situations will relieve Monday night as the front exits the province.
“Little to no precipitation accumulation is envisioned during this time.”
