A gunman killed 13 people today, like seven children, and wounded 21 other folks in a university in central Russia on Monday, authorities stated.

Russia’s Investigative Committee explained the shooting took spot in a school in Izhevsk, a metropolis about 960 kilometres (600 miles) east of Moscow in the Udmurtia location. These wounded ended up 14 children and 7 grownups, the Committee reported.
