A gunman opened fire in a faculty in central Russia on Monday, killing 15 folks and wounding 24 other folks right before shooting himself lifeless, authorities claimed.

The shooting took position in College No. 88 in Izhevsk, a city 960 kilometres (600 miles) east of Moscow in the Udmurtia area.
