MONTREAL — Quebec provincial law enforcement say they’ve made an arrest in the murder of a junior school college student 22 a long time back.
Guylaine Potvin was discovered dead in her apartment in Jonquière, Que., about 215 kilometres north of Quebec Town, on April 28, 2000.
Provincial law enforcement say they’ve arrested Marc-André Grenon, 47, in relationship with Potvin’s murder.
