KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday signed regulations absorbing four Ukrainian locations into Russia, a move that finalizes the annexation carried out in defiance of intercontinental regulation.
Before this 7 days, both of those houses of the Russian parliament ratified treaties creating the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia locations aspect of Russia. The formalities followed Kremlin-orchestrated “referendums” in the four regions that Ukraine and the West have rejected as a sham.
