Police title suspect just after cellphone located recording in washroom of Hamilton Tim Hortons

Hamilton law enforcement have named a suspect who is wished soon after a cellphone was discovered recording in the washroom of a Tim Hortons in the city’s east close.

Hamilton law enforcement Const. Indy Bharaj earlier explained to World wide News the digital camera was located by patrons around 11 a.m. Thursday in the 30 Queenston Road locale at Cochrane Highway.

“The complainant claimed they had went to use the woman restroom with their baby, when they observed a cellphone obscured by rest room paper on the flooring of the stall,” Bharaj discussed.

“Police attended and seized the cellphone, which was nevertheless recording at the time.”

In a news release on Monday, law enforcement reported an arrest warrant has been issued for 27-year-old Hamilton resident Daniel St. Amour.

Law enforcement stated he’s also wished for two counts of theft below, two counts of possession beneath, two counts of failing to comply with probation, and for failing to seem in court docket.

Officers added that St. Amour is not an personnel of the Tim Hortons.
