Perth County OPP look into attempted abduction of 13-calendar year-old female in Listowel

OPP officers say there was an tried abduction in Listowel over the weekend.

On Sunday, at about 3:40 p.m., law enforcement say a 13-year-previous female was approached by a male driver who requested her to get into his car in the region of Wallace Avenue North and Elizabeth Avenue East.

Law enforcement say the driver was sporting a Gucci brimmed hat, experienced a white beard, and could be in his 50s. Law enforcement describe the motor vehicle as a white 4-doorway sedan with a Quebec licence plate.
