A backbench member of Manitoba’s governing Progressive Conservatives is proposing new limitations on protests exterior hospitals, clinics and colleges.
Shannon Martin introduced a monthly bill in the legislature Tuesday that would build “access zones” of amongst 50 and 150 metres about educational institutions, hospitals and other spots where overall health care is offered.
