A 71-calendar year-aged guy has been billed with 1st-diploma murder in relationship with a murder investigation in Vaughan, police say.
York Regional Law enforcement said on Sept. 23, at all-around 7:45 p.m., officers been given a report of a fire in the Parktree Push and Lucena Crescent region.
Law enforcement stated when officers arrived, a girl was located unresponsive within the home.
“The sufferer was transported to medical center the place she was pronounced deceased,” police claimed in a news release.

Officers explained the target has been recognized as 64-calendar year-outdated Naheed Askaryar from Vaughan.

According to police, on Friday, 71-12 months-old Mohammad Askaryar from Vaughan was arrested.
He has been billed with initial-degree murder and arson endangering existence.
Officers said Askaryar stays in custody.
