A night of rampage in Elmira has led to charges for a team of youths.

Waterloo Regional Law enforcement had been notified about a collection of disturbances that occurred on Sept. 28.

The initial was in an location of 1st St. W and Arthur St. S all over 7 p.m.

Investigators say a male youth endured slight injuries as a outcome of getting assaulted by a group of youths.

A limited time afterwards, the exact same group of youths approached two feminine youths in the First St. W and Flamingo Dr. place.

Investigators say the women were being sprayed with a noxious material.
