Quebec’s law enforcement watchdog agency suggests it is investigating the demise of a 39-yr-outdated woman in law enforcement custody right after becoming arrested in the province’s northern Nunavik area.

Authorities say the woman experienced been arrested at 5:45 p.m. by area Nunavik Police for violating a municipal bylaw and was brought into police custody.
