The function at Governing administration House, hosted by Lt.-Gov. Russ Mirasty, was held on the grounds of the the Household College Memorial and provided a musical general performance by Brad Bellegarde, a Nakota/Cree member of the Minimal Black Bear 1st Nation who grew up in Regina, who blended hip hop songs with storytelling centered on his Initial Nations roots.
