For the Nationwide Day of Reality and Reconciliation, the Syilx Okanagan Nation invited residents to assist victims of Indian Residential Faculties.

The “Walk for the Children” started at the Penticton Peach in which over 200 people donned their brightly coloured shirts in aid of survivors and people who misplaced their life in residential faculties.
