RCMP say the head-on collision happened past Thursday morning, Sept. 29, on Highway 97 around Kaleden, B.C.

According to law enforcement, a northbound GMC camper van entered the oncoming lane and collided with a southbound motorhome concerning Freeway 3A and Lakehill Road.
The motorhome driver, a local male in his 50s, was seriously hurt. This 7 days, law enforcement said he died from his injuries.
A passenger in the motorhome, a girl in her 40s, was not wounded, even though the driver of the GMC camper van was critically wounded.

Police said the trigger of the crash remains under investigation and that practically nothing has been dominated out.
