The collision transpired just just before 11 a.m. on Highway 13 in close proximity to Hickmore St., said Sûreté du Québec spokesperson Stéphane Tremblay.
He said the other driver “did not keep on being on the scene next the collision” and the incident “is getting handled as a hit-and-run.”
Tremblay claimed the collision may well have happened for the duration of a lane modify. The bike was in the remaining lane although the motor vehicle was in the centre or appropriate lane, and there was an effect that still left the motorbike on the ground.
The driver of the motorcycle, a girl in her 30s, was brought to a clinic the place police fear for her existence.
The SQ’s key crimes division is investigating. The freeway was closed to traffic as investigators examined the scene.
